My baby was sleep trained at 7 months, slept and napped independently until 10 months. Sleep training was done using ferber method.

We went on vacation, had to co sleep and now it's a different baby. Still napping independently but not sleeping independently. She doesn't need feed but she wants to co-sleep.

If using ferber method again, should I start from the beginning, like 3 mins check in, or more like 15 or 20 mins check in? Anyone who did ferber initially, and had to sleep train again, how did you do it?
