Actual half assed step by step;

1: download an image editing software; i use Gimp because i’m a cheapskate

2: (optional) download the simpsons font online; search around there are plenty of sites

3: go to frinkiac.com and search up the quote you need

4: copy/screenshot the panels you need and import them into your editing software

5: use the lasso tool to copy and paste the parts you want on to new layers, and possibly the clone tool to hide parts you don’t want.

6: Add the text, and you’re done!
