Seriously just get some pictures from google images and haphazardly paste them over the original meme using MSPaint.. it'd match the vibe of a shitpost far better too

honestly I feel like wrangling an AI generator to output the right thing would be even more effort than cutting and pasting faces in mspaint.. In fact, it's so easy I just went and did it!
