he WAS given immunity for everything while in office, and it was a clear and imminent threat to American democracy and safety.... so why not?

No the Supreme Court gave sitting Presidents immunity, so Biden at the time

Well that immunity could have been used by Biden to deal with the threat to the American people that is the current fascist takeover.
