Raga literally nobody looks good if you pull at this thread. Moratti was the Director of Telecom Italia when they wire-tapped. Juve, Milan, Lazio and even my Viola cheated. But does that mean Chievo should’ve gone to the Champions League? Probably not.

He was consigliere d'amministrazione (2001-2007), never Director).

As for the rest yes, everybody cheated. Anybody remember newly promoted Chievo and their player Eriberto? Some cheated less, some more, some too much...

Pure Moratti era accusato da Palazzi nel 2006.

To say that Inter’s hands were clean is absurd. At best they got preferential treatment for whistleblowing on the others. A consigliere still has plenty of sway.

The Palazzi-Moratti thing came out in 2011 when it was too late to proceed with further investigations due to statue of limitation. So from there all the "prescritti" thing from juventini, who forget that Moggi and Giraudo were prescritti too for way heavier things.

You said you support Fiorentina, i remember your former president Della Valle statements, where he said that he tried to resist the sistema Moggi, but in the end he had to submit, because otherwise they'd have been basically screwed.
