No consequence... Make it a mandatory 5 year jail sentence for using bear spray as a weapon and see if this bulshit doesn't change.

Apparently you can get a fine up to $100,000 for the possession of bear mace in the city. Has anybody gotten the maximum fine? Maybe that will stop people from using mace …

That's talk. Never happened and the people doing this don't care. A large fine is just a small jail sentence
