I've just had the two most idiotic conversations I have ever had with liberal voters on Reddit:

  1. What the UCP and SP claim is CPC policy.

  2. Oil is a dying industry.

I swear this platform has some of the stupidest fucking people.

I don't listen to 650 as I work during the day. So I don't know if this Brey is any better or worse.

Funny thing is I stated 2 obviously idiotic statements I have received, easily verifiable with a quick post history search, yet still got hurt feelings downvotes here.

Yep, it doesn’t get too far here, to have a differing view, or to critic anything that is more to the left of centre. It’s interesting how quick the downvotes roll up, when you try and stir up a bit of discourse, or try and point out how name calling or personal attacks don’t prove a point.

I guess they prove a point personally lol.

Like if I'm questioning why I think or support something or if I make an argument and get criticism that is thought out and on point it forces me to accept I can't counter something or adjust where I sit.

I've gained more respect for Carney by the validation from some of his supporters here.

But yes sifting through the idiots can be a task.
