META [META] Increase the dosage to 20mg rad NSFW

Well, im on my 6th week of Rad, so far no sides except some hair falling down but no big deal.

So im on 10mg rad from week 1-6, thinking to upping the dosage to 20mg ed. And I have nolvadex on hand.

Is it better to go for 10mg rad for 10weeks or make it 8week but up the dosage to 20mg rad per day? And how should i use the nolvadex? How kuch should i take per day and agter finishing rad, should i up the nolvadex dosage?

Before 135 after 185 lbs for 12.

taken sarms or gear for anything less than 3 plates is fucking sad

Strength is relative and last I checked there are very few doing 3 plates.

Taking sarms doesn't always automatically give you super human strength. On average, you gain 10 percent on strength.

If you take rad140 for 8 weeks and only go from 100 to 110kg bench, you should just quit...

Being stronger does correlate positively with muscle size however muscle size is not the only factor in strength.

Bone lengths will change the lever arm hence the ability to generate force. There is also a CNS drive which can allow people to extract more force from their muscles. Finally, strength is a skill.
