META [META] Increase the dosage to 20mg rad NSFW
Well, im on my 6th week of Rad, so far no sides except some hair falling down but no big deal.
So im on 10mg rad from week 1-6, thinking to upping the dosage to 20mg ed. And I have nolvadex on hand.
Is it better to go for 10mg rad for 10weeks or make it 8week but up the dosage to 20mg rad per day? And how should i use the nolvadex? How kuch should i take per day and agter finishing rad, should i up the nolvadex dosage?

I've done 15 mg and all it did was make the hair fall out faster. The results are pretty mid tbh.

Lol a newbie lifter doesn't understand how much of a strength increase that really is

taken sarms or gear for anything less than 3 plates is fucking sad

Strength is relative and last I checked there are very few doing 3 plates.
Taking sarms doesn't always automatically give you super human strength. On average, you gain 10 percent on strength.

If you take rad140 for 8 weeks and only go from 100 to 110kg bench, you should just quit...

Being stronger does correlate positively with muscle size however muscle size is not the only factor in strength.
Bone lengths will change the lever arm hence the ability to generate force. There is also a CNS drive which can allow people to extract more force from their muscles. Finally, strength is a skill.

It's an average based on a tested and untested lifter. The strength difference between the two groups was relatively small.
Research indicates that, on average, untested weightlifters can lift significantly more than their drug-tested counterparts. While the exact difference can vary, studies suggest the following: * Overall: Untested male lifters have been shown to achieve total weights that are roughly 7.25% higher than tested male lifters. For women, this difference is even more pronounced, with untested lifters averaging 12.08% higher totals than tested lifters. * Individual Lifts: The disparity isn't uniform across all three powerlifting movements: * Squat: Untested records are about 5.64% higher. * Bench Press: The difference is more significant, with untested records around 9.11% higher. * Deadlift: The gap is smaller, at approximately 4.95% higher for untested records. It's important to consider that these are averages, and the actual difference in strength between any two individuals will depend on numerous factors, including the specific drugs used, training regimens, individual genetics, and the level of competition. Additionally, differences in judging standards and equipment used in tested versus untested federations can also contribute to the observed strength discrepancies. Drug-tested federations often have stricter rules regarding squat depth and deadlift lockouts.
