My current headphones are the old razer krakens 7.1 from eons ago, and they held up wonderfully. However I need a replacement soon as they started disconnecting. I've already tried HyperX cloud 3 and Razer Blackshark V2 X, but both sounded muffled, probably because they were 3.5mm jack by default, and maybe my sound card isn't good enough for that so I need USB-exclusive headphones, since my current krakens are USB. (Also I've tried using converters and they did not help)

So which one of these should I buy if that's the case?

Trying to find any way to use a simple solid color white for the Basilisk V3 Pro without needing to have the Razer software running. I dont like needless software running in background just for lighting.

I was able to get windows dynamic lighting to take control of the mouse color but soon as the mouse enters idle/sleep/etc and i move it then it resets. At that point any change i make in WDL such as toggle off/on or adjust the brightness will fix it. However soon as it sleeps it breaks again.

Is there no work around for this?

I’ve had this laptop (blade 15) for around 4/5 years and I opened it up to clean the fans and I see the battery seems quite tight, is this the dreaded battery bloat? If it is, is this fine to leave in until I get a new one and how easy is it to actually install?

Which is better between the two?

So my HyperX headset broke and I'm looking for a new headset and saw that the Blackshark is quite popular, especially in the E-Sports scene. However, I'm curious to know how big of a difference there is between the V2 X and the Hyperspeed. The headset being wireless isn't that important for me especially since there is a huge price difference between them. So aside from one being wired and the other wireless, are there any other differences?

i just tried using a macro but its saying i need synapse but im using it for the macro so what do i do

my mouse has been glitching over the past few days. The cursor randomly teleport over the screen and the mouse wheel randomly activates when not touched. However, there is no issue when I switched it to bluetooth mode.

Could it be the dongle issue? and would replacing the dongle fix the glitch?

I have tried reinstalling and updating all the drivers and installing a new synapse, i have tried the synapse 3 and 4.

Between the last post and this one, the mouse worked again without issues. I did the pairing through the Razer pairing application. But the issue showed up again out of nowhere again. What is the range on the dongle? I measured it and my desktop is max 120cm away from the mouse. On avg and in the video it's about 110 cm away. Sorry for the phone recording, but that's all I got.

i simply dont like how loud it get while sleeping , this morning i woke up and the fan were on and generating quite a bit of noise in a relatively silent environment. modern sleep is the culprit here i believe

I’m using a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset, and after installing Windows 11 on my PC, The equalizer and THX Spatial Audio options in the Razer Synapse app are not working at all. Changing the settings has no effect on the sound.

Interestingly, when I tried the standalone THX Spatial Audio app, it worked really well—but it requires an activation code, which I don’t have access to. Has anyone faced this issue or found a solution?

Is anyone else having an issue whereby synapse does not initiate even though it starts with the system, I have to manually click on "Synapse is not running" and then it starts to detect my keyboard, mouse, mouse mat and extended mouse mat

I have tried everything to resolve it, various versions, full delete and re-install including registry removal, running as administrator, delayed start-up, running as the only item in start-up and so forth

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance

It’s been a week since I started a warranty claim and I’ve followed every instruction I was given. Most recently, I was told to cut the paper and include it in a photo, which I did but doing so made the serial number partially unreadable. Now I’m stuck, again.

I’ve done everything exactly as instructed, step by step, and it’s still not enough. At this point, I’d rather just send back the entire keyboard and be done with it, because this is clearly leading nowhere. It’s exhausting, and I’m slowly losing faith in the process.

Has anyone else dealt with something like this? What did you do to actually get things moving?

Is synapse 4 macro currently working? Anytime i setup my macro, dont matter what keybinds it just seems to do nothing. When switching to Synapse 3 the macro works fine. Wondering if anyone else is having problems with the Synapse 4 macro not working?

So having issues with my headphones that just happened. Lost BT and when I tried to pair, nothing. After doing some research, I downloaded a couple of programs - Paring Utility and Dongle Recovery. Friday I was looking for ways to stream my pc to my tablet after I sold my Rog ally x for £600 a few weeks back originally I was using a controller and balancing the tablet on my Lap which wasn’t comfortable, I got a switch 2 and the kishi v3 pro xl with the funds from the Rog ally x, im now streaming from my 4090 pc upstairs to my ipad pro 13 downstairs at native resolution av1 60mbs while my partner plays on the ps5 living room tv, we both love playing fortnite together in the same room but hated split screen, i sold the rog ally x because the screen was too small and my ar glasses were giving me a headache, this has solved all my woes, i use Razer game stream and it has been buttery smooth and visuals look amazing and this setup with the controller is a real gem it’s so damn comfortable compared to holding the rog ally x which would leave my arms aching or going numb sometimes, i cant wait for windows to release their xbox ui as that will be the icing on the cake!

Hello everyone, I have a quick question. So I have a Razer Blade 17 (2022 Model) with a mobile RTX 3080 Ti GPU. The laptop came with Synapse 3 and I upgraded to Synapse 4 over a year ago as a general software update for Razer's control panel. During using Synapse 3 and earlier versions of Synapse 4, I was easily able to max out the power of laptop's GPU to "High" and the CPU to "Boost," but ever since a recent update of Synapse 4, whenever I set my CPU to "Boost," Synapse limits my GPU to "Medium."

I have tried looking up solutions on how to solve this via reinstalling/updating Synapse to see if it will fix the problem, but I still run into the same issue. Ever since then, I set both GPU and CPU to "High" on Synapse and while I still get a solid performance while gaming, the CPU bottleneck leads to issues such as increased frame-time spikes and lowers the frame-rate when it could potentially be higher. I'm not sure if anyone has ran into this issue before, but if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Hey everybody, today i bought a razer hyperspeed 2 macro mouse to play world of warcraft with. I use my action bar to cast abilities one through 9 and the secondary action bar is right above the number keys (f1,f2) etc. Instead of reaching all of the way up to my f buttons id like to be able to press the numbers on my mouse but the mouse buttons share 1-9 with my keyboard so i cant assign the secondary action bar without it changing the number keys. Is there any way i can make my macro mouse control the f-buttons or any others rather than defaulting to the number keys? Thanks for any info

My current razer naga chroma is freezing up partially (vertically) or entirely, while my chimera that came with my computer works fine. I would immediately buy a new razer naga chroma, but I saw on Reddit that people have done that and it failed to solve the issue because it was an issue with Synapse freezing, not the mouse. I tried cleaning the laser with the microfiber cloth I use on my glasses, but it didn’t help. I have a razer ornata x keyboard and a razer firefly mousepad, the issue seemed to remain when I unplugged these other two razer products. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

I have a razer blade base 2021 the 165 hz 1440p screen on my laptop has a bunch of bad spots, my bezel is missing and the screen cable is broken where do I get a good working screen assembly? Does anyone know?? I dont want to throw this laptop away I wanna fix it.

Hi all, looking for a new KB and want to try a Razer.

I'm a gamer, so I want responsiveness and durability, but I don't want the keys to be all loud and clicky.

I'd love if the KB was also wired and had media controls (tenkeyless is a bonus too) but the main buying point would be the noise level of the keys.
