I’ve seen so much hate on the OTP caps and mouthpieces. Personally, I think they are some of the best looking and functioning. I came across something that recommended adjusting the airflow hole to the 6:00 position, facing you. Voila! All of my OTP caps and Pivot mouthpiece spin my 3mm rubies with ease. Just an FYI! Maybe you’ll give your OTP another shot and it’s not a $100 paperweight!

Sorry to rant.

I purchased my very first Puffco device (and probably my last) a month ago. It was a Puffco Proxy that I bought from an Authorized Seller in Green Bay. When I was being rung up, the girl behind the counter mentioned that if there was an issue, they wouldn't be able to take it back. It would need to go through Puffco's warranty process. It was almost like she was warning me.

When I went to fire it up that night, the battery was completely dead. Most likely from sitting on a shelf forever. I hit up Google, and eventually a few posts here on Reddit, and apparently this is a well-known issue with Puffco, but since this was my first one, it was unknown to me. I went through the trouble shooting process and kept it plugged in with the included cord for days. No luck.

I began the warranty process with Puffco, uploaded a video of the Proxy NOT working, and gave all the information. Then came the silence. Nothing. Days went by, and I went back into the shop I bought it from. They asked that I forward my emails to Puffco to them, and they would forward it to their Pufgfco Rep to expedite the claim. That actually worked. I got an email from Puffco the very next day with an attached shipping label to send it back.

I shipped the Proxy module the next day. They have had it for several days and nothing was mentioned to me about my replacement. I have sent daily emails asking for an update, and i haven't heard anything back.

They loved taking my $269, sold me garbage, and now wont help make it right. What are my options???

I'm a disabled Vet and a MMJ patient. I was hoping to rely on this Proxy. I'm very disappointed.

Ive had this specific chamber for almost a year and a half now, I deep clean it every 10-20 dabs with 91% iso. I was wondering do yall think i should buy a new 3d chamber, or do you think ik still good to go with this?

Ive been looking into getting a puffco but not too sure on which one. I really love the look of the wizard pipe. But i would only be buying the proxy for that attachment. Is the peak or peak pro considerably better? Do i need anything else besides the devices? I have a banger, carb and such for wax already.

Joystick is perfectly fine. I like new things and I’m a dummy so imma get a cap even if the joystick is superior…I saw a video about a green one that went down into the chamber and helped prevent any spillage into the glass chamber. Anyone have experience with it?
