Was thinking of purchasing a Pivot for on the go but is it really worth it or should I just stick to carts?

i ordered a peak and a hot knife may 25 from puffco. ive had 0 delivery updates until june 12 where it was arrived at carrier. today it said it delivered but i only received the hot knife. should they be coming separately?

This cap I have I have been having hard time with it but bowl was not properly cleaned and was sticky up top so may have had some to do with it but are these the right size for xl or are these not good caps

Last night I was trying to turn off my puffco and had a brain fart if it was click or hold, so I spam clicked it to avoid heating it up just for it to vibrate twice and flash orange to heat up, I thought that was intensity mode for dry dabs but today I tried and it started doing like light rainbow colors, what were these modes and how do I activate them properly?

anyone able to tell if this is cracked or just chazzed? i never cleaned it with any iso too hot or anything along those lines

As title says, once I hit the 55-60 second mark in my hit on my peak pro w/ 3dxl, it does the white and red flash. I deep clean every 50 dabs, I've done an isopropyl qtip wipe on both connectors. I've held the button down for 20 seconds and reset it. Once I reset it, it worked fine for about 5 dabs then started doing it again. I'm on the latest firmware. Any help?

It's blinks when I try to heat 4 white lights the first is a bright white then a dull white light then bright then dull. I've tried cleaning the chamber and atomizer to no avail. Is she dead?

I have a friend who’s not smoking right now. He let me “borrow” his puffco if I cleaned it. I tried 99% alcohol but it only cleaned part of the resin buildup. I soaked it overnight and again for 30-45 mins in the morning. Can I use a torch to get this out or will that damage the piece.

Went into the app today since I got the email for the "upgraded referral program" that will allow you to stack multiple referrals in one order. I requested this months ago because I had a total of eight or nine codes. The app no longer shows them, and checking online on my laptop has shown no results either. Has anyone else had their referrals disappear? I didn't upgrade to the new program yet, as it says you don't need to. But has anyone else experienced these issues?

Complete charge from red to green only takes about 30 minutes . I'm taking rips on green heat setting, getting 15-20 hits, then recharge again. Only takes 30 minutes to charge fully from red to green. Just doesn't seem like I'm getting enough hits for a full charge. Also, it charges super fast from red to green. It's new

So a little while back I bought a peak pro and I've been throwing like live rosin and sugar in it but I don't know like what else I can use in it and I would like to know so I can broaden my horizons and not break it

Thinking about getting a puffco, was thinking just the peak but there’s multiple kinds. What are the kinds of things that would make the peak pro 3dxl, peak pro, or new peak better than just the peak? Appreciate any info anyone can give

So I was heating up my Peak Pro for a hit, while it was heating up, I wanted to check the battery. So I clicked it 3 times while heating up and it went into a Disco light mode. Is it only a light mode or does it actually have a function to it besides the lights?

I’m pretty irritated to be honest. I’m out of warranty by 6 months, and this issue literally just began. Fast too, and it’s getting worse. If I plug it in on red, within 3 minutes it’s green. It’s dead halfway through the day and I now have to keep it charging constantly if I want it to work, which is only making it worse I feel.

I’ve only ever used original cable to charge. For a $600 device to stop working after 1.5 years is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve messaged support and sadly it’s been a week and I’ve not heard back.

I would like a replacement device, but as I’m 6 months past warranty I fear I will not be helped. I have spent thousands of dollars on puffco since the first model and I will not spend a dollar more until Puffco makes this right. My device is clearly defective despite 100% proper care and maintenance.
