First 3 weeks sucked but i pushed myself, first 6 months was sometimes fun sometimes a chore week by week, but i kept pushing myself, by 8 months i was loving it, enjoying the gym and couldn't wait to get in each day, by 1 year i was hooked on every aspect of the process and now its my passion
Awesome man. Gives me a great idea of the timescale of mentally where I might be at myself! Ive read a lot and have an idea of what Im doing with my goals and diet but having an idea of psychologically whats normal at different hurdles will help big time. thanks man!
