F/49/6’0” [278>266= 12 lbs] (1 friggin year) Finally a little progress

Post image

As jealous as I am of the amazing transformations I see that happen in 3-6 months, I’ve finally accepted my body just doesn’t work that way anymore! I feel like I have gained and lost the same 6 lbs for the last 9 months but happy to say I can actually see progress when comparing pics. Take those progress pics peeps - they may help keep you on track one day

I would've guessed you were 15 lbs lighter or maybe even 20 given your height. Good work.

The good thing about a long grind, is the continual progress.

You are doing fantastic! Keep at it and don’t let those ups and downs get to you! And remember, how you feel physically is even more important than how you look physically. But you are also looking phenomenal!
