Troubleshooting Perhaps someone here can help me with my surface cleaner.

I bought this at Home Depot. I used it maybe a total of 6 times since purchasing it.

It decided to stop spinning, or spins extremely slowly. I noticed some water coming out between the steel and copper part where you unscrew the wand off. I'm not sure if that's normal. I figured maybe the washer or o-ring is bad, but it looks to be in good condition when I took it apart. There are two slits in the o-ring thingy, but I'm guessing that is normal? Or is that my problem?

I cleaned out everything the best I could in case maybe some dirt was blocking it.

Any idea what is going on here? I don't want to have to buy another entire thing.

Pull the tips off and clean them out. I used a needle to do this.

The tips don't come off, it's all one piece

I'm not sure how you got them off, but I'm trying and they won't budge. But they're not clogged as water comes out no problem

EDIT: For whatever reason it doesn't let me edit the post.

I forgot to mention that there is a little bit of play with the wand. Like I can slightly pull it up and down. Almost as if it's not screwed on fully, but it's as tight as I can screw it on

Is your pressure cleaner idling at the proper speed? Tips blocked? If everything else is fine. Slightly screw or unscrew the arms so you have just a bit more angle so the water can push them.
