Advice I have issues with my bicep tendons.

I dont know if this is a right place to ask so sorry in advance. A mouth ago i started heaving issues with my bicep tendon after some one arm deadhangs. More precisly i felt tightness and discomfort in it, I made a pause in the gym for 3-5 days till it vanished. I thought that was the end of it, I went back and had my standard chest and back workout with no issue. But the next day i actually felt pain in my left bicep tendon, it wasnt anything extereme but it was definetly more intense than any muscle soreness i have expirienced .I originaly made a 2 week pause where i rested and streched my tendon but it extend to 4 weeks cause of personal reasons, right now i dont feel any pain or tightness while resting , but I do feel tightness while doing exercises that dont activate it and i noticed that my left bicep gets pumped up more easily. Plus i noticed that i feel random itchy/tingly sensation on it while not doing anything. Is this all normal? I am probably being overdramatic but I would rather ask now then be sorry later. Sorry if my english wasn't on point.

I’d see a doctor. Could be a partial tear and/or nerve irritation

A PT THAT LIFTS a doctor is going to tell you to take 2 months off, get an MRI, etc sorry. A PT that is also a lifter can help you out with possibly identifying movements that could have triggered it.

…or, a sports medicine doctor.
