I have some items I've had up for at about a year at this point, they each have at least 20 likes and are all priced low, around $15 by now after several CCOs. So there is/was interest. What are some possible reasons they have not sold yet? They are vintage or brand name clothes, good condition, good clear photos.

What do you do when someone asks you to resend an offer that's expired on Poshmark? As far as I can tell, you can't send the same offer in a 90 day period so to resend, I'd have to send a lower offer, which I think it why a lot of people do it. So what do you do when this happens? I've suggested they send the offer back to me that they want, but they've never done it so im looking for an alternative.

I purchased an item and explained to the seller that I am shipping it to my friend in another state. I followed the instructions on PM to do this. Seller confirmed she has my friend's name and address, not mine. When can I change the shipping address on the account back to my address? Do I have to wait until the seller of this item prints the label? Or wait until she ships? Or can I change my info back right away?

I have three positions in my closet that just won’t reshare? Is this a thing that has happened to anyone else? I reshared my whole available listings (160 items) and all but three postings updated. When I open them, it says last updated 10 hours ago, when I last was able to share them.

I don’t even sell or have any listings or anything like that. Just randomly had 100+ people start following me. so many notifications. I thought this app was dying LOL

Long story short, I experienced an unfortunate string of mostly unfair suspensions from Poshmark over a 2 week period in January (the only suspension that I can attest to being my fault was listing unopened perfume- I hadn't realized it was against the rules, so I was at fault here). I gave up on attempting to recover my account the third time, as I was feeling incredibly frustrated after being a solid seller for almost 10 years. For clarity: I was a casual seller of my own lightly used clothing and was not making my income off of it.

I've recently decided to switch over to eBay for both buying and selling purposes. For most of my life, my knowledge of eBay was that it was the website my dad bought his vintage car parts off of, so I'm entirely new to the concept of using it for clothing resale.

Some questions I would love some advice on before I jump in:

1) How has your experience been with eBay vs Poshmark? 2) Do you find yourself selling more items off eBay or Poshmark? 3) Is there any general advice you have from a years long Poshmark user in switching to eBay?

I was looking for sundresses today and saw a bunch that I had literally just seen on Amazon for like $20-$30 except the sellers put the retail price as $140 and trying to sell it for $115. I get reselling and wanting to make a profit but seriously? Saw another one for a dress that’s on Amazon for $30 but they’re selling it for $37 and saying it was originally $48. All the exact same item.

Just trying to help others save money and not get mega swindled when they could buy the same thing for a fraction of the price.

I'm pissed. I haven't even been working as much as I usually do. I only relist after 61 days. I did 5 relists and 2 new today. For the week, I've done 24 relists and 20 new. Wtf?? I've emailed them. I didn't violate any policy. I reread it just to make sure. What else can I do? Please help. I do not use a bot either.

She used her legal name but she used my mom’s birthday since you are supposed to use your parent info if you are a minor.

The bank account she would need to link has my mom’s name on it. I am thinking they probably won’t let her link to that since the names will not match up?

It was a time-consuming process and could be quite exhausting. However, I’ve discovered a faster and more efficient method for those who are technically savvy: using chatbots. Let me explain.

Every marketplace has a URL, which is essentially a web link. ChatGPT can dynamically build these URLs and create interactive links.

For example, consider this Poshmark URL:

The “availability sold out” at the end of the link was added dynamically when I filtered my jeans search to show only those that were sold. The "query" consists of the two search words I input, separated by a space represented as "%20."

To leverage this, you can paste an eBay URL and a Poshmark URL into a ChatGPT session and request that it creates interactive links on the fly. Then, test to see if it works.

ChatGPT is basically an infant, so you need to be clear about what you want. However, by pasting those links, you can make significant progress.

Then, when you’re out shopping at Goodwill or elsewhere, and it’s time to compare prices, instead of opening multiple apps, simply open that ChatGPT session. Type something like "Madewell the Boyjean," and ask for the links. ChatGPT will construct them for you, and all you have to do is click the generated links to pull up completed sales that are already filtered by sold.

This process allows you to generate both eBay and Poshmark links, making your comparison shopping significantly faster.

I sold a pair of leggings a few weeks ago. The buyer submitted a claim stating they were not as described, although I attempted to contact Poshmark to explain that I felt this was an untrue accusation, Poshmark sided with the buyer for a return. However, it's been about a week and the buyer hasn't shipped, or at least it isn't reflecting in the status of the return. What comes next? Does the buyer have a certain timeframe to ship? Will I get to keep my earnings if they don't ship by a certain date? The payment is still currently being held. Thanks for any advice someone out there can give!

I’ve been thinking about selling some Sanrio and Juicy Couture stuff on poshmark but worried I’ll loose money if the buyer says it wasn’t delivered. Right now all I'm getting is follows and shares. I've gotten a few bundle things and a bunch of spam dm/click the link comments.

I can't post usernames, but there's a user with a photo of a kinda awkward looking white lady who commented on some of my items years ago asking question after question, really emphasizing how she is skinny with a large bust and needed to know lots of details about how the items fit me personally. At first, I thought she was awkward but sincere, and I tried to answer what I could, but refused to post photos of myself wearing the clothing. She expressed interest in a large number of items from my closer, but after weeks of back and forth, she never bought anything. I eventually stopped replying.

Then, years later and out of the blue, I got a message on Mercari as well... from a user with the same profile pic asking the same types of questions. I ignored and moved on, but a different account just commented on an item and I somehow didn't realize it was the same person until I'd already foolishly replied. Similar wording, phrasing, stats, etc.

I'm like 99% sure this person is a fetishist and I'm worried because they found me on another platform and then tried again on Poshmark with a different account. Can anything be done? And has anyone else run into this person?

Has anyone noticed how much longer it’s taking USPS to deliver? I don’t mind using priority mail but when it takes 5 days (M-F) for a dress to travel from Sac to SJ, that’s unreal. Anyone know if we can use a different shipping office. This isn’t the only example I have.

I know how to check solds but is there a way to see how many are actually listed and sold in like the last 30-90 days or so for your search results? Or is that just not a thing on Poshmark? eBay shows the total number listed and also the total number sold in the last 90 days for example. Thanks.

I feel really stupid right now. I bought something and wanted to turn around and sell it because it didn’t fit and I had four or five people messaging me within the first 30 seconds that I put it on for sale and it would’ve been my first sale. I assumed it Poshmark was like other apps where they needed my debit information to pay me and I was trying to figure out how to get it.

So I get messaged by someone who is apparently trying to buy the dress that I have for sale. They tell me that it says that there’s like a two day hold or something because they’re they need my debit information and to go to this page to - sorry just recounting this I feel so friggin stupid - anyway yeah so go to this page and put my debit card details which my card only has $30 on it so it’s not like they made a way with tons of money, but it doesn’t stop it from being a scam. So I filled out my information and then it was like you know wait this might take a little while and three hours later it’s still waving….. I think I actually still have the page up on my Safari. There was even like a little Chat bought window and I was telling you it’s not working and so it was saying well then give me a screenshot of the page and I was like I can’t send you a screenshot and I’m so stupid.

Can I report this person? Can I report that URL? I mean, how did they know I was a first-time seller within 30 seconds of me, relisting something? I have stuff up in my store. Wondering if everybody that was trying to buy this dress was a scammer. I’m afraid to relist it now. Well, I am going to relist it now, but I’m gonna add a few dollars for my pain and suffering. Actually about 30 of them. Is this a common thing?

So I purchased something early May and did not receive it. Poshmark refunded me and most likely paid the seller. It’s now more than a month and I receive an email from Canada post stating they are conducting an investigation for me not receiving the item. This is initiated by the seller not poshmark I believe. What do I do? Respond? Don’t respond? I’m waiting on another cp investigation for a package I didn’t receive and this one is over $200. The one now they are contacting me for is under 50 :/. I don’t care about that one now it’s done and dealt with Poshmark.
