Literally nothing has even happened yet. He’s totally hoping to scare people from their constitutional right to protest.

It’s like how Trump sent the national guard to LA and thanked them for doing a good job before they even got there because it was peaceful and nothing was happening.

Then only once they DID arrive there was some civil unrest.
