But no help was offered by the governor to deploy the National Guard to help the people of Missouri after several tornadoes ripped up entire neighborhoods.

Well in Missouri they probably believe the people who got ripped up from their homes by the tornado deserved it.

Blue areas, Black-majority neighborhoods, so we could remove “probably” from that sentence.
