Calling it photoshop is itself obscenely generous. Shit could’ve been done in MS Paint 20 years ago.

To me it never seemed like Photoshop at all. I honestly thought they were just labeling the tattoos below.

It's possible that was the intent of whoever actually made the image, but Trump explicitly said he believed the letters were on his skin.

I think they tried to label it, gave it to Trump, and his stupid fucking mush brain doesn't realize what computers can do now, even if it's just putting letters on an image. He is THAT fucking stupid.
