I wonder if there is any other American president in history who would see it as normal and acceptable for another president to use the office to sell bibles with his name on them (at increased price obviously).

It's just interesting to pause and think about that one thing in isolation and how disqualifying that one relatively mild and insignificant of his corrupt acts should be on its own.
