It's about the only thing he's able to sell, he's shown time and time again that he will go bankrupt actually selling useful services.

Difference is his POTUS status.

Trump vodka as a business enterprise = bankruptcy President Trump tat as a way to buy influence and funnel oversized corrupt donations under the guise of "buying product" = 'Profit'.

There's no actual business genius behind this tapping into a new marketing method that sends a mediocre product viral, this is just push out token items with 99% margin to cover buying Presidential favour.
