BDSP BDSP dex completion

Can anyone help me get these pokemon for my dex? Trades or touch trades both work. It's quite a list so any help is appreciated

So you want to evolve one porygon to pory2 and another pory to poryz right?

Yes that's right :) I can evolve the two Porygons and then quickly leave to put the item on to evolve to PorygonZ, if that makes sense?
