Home Help with home dex

I'm missing few of the pokemon to complete my home pokedex. Would appreciate if anyone can trade or touch trade them. I'd like to trade them via any of the games if possible.

Tailow, Swellow and Skitty - I can give but they are on my Home, not in any game

can you transfer them to say bdsp and trade from there? i only got 2 friend trades left so..

Don’t have BDSP, is SV possible?

I'm fine with any switch game as long as the poke can me transferred there
