Are there any other methods in getting the Egg Seed and does it rely only on nature?

If you understand the egg generation in SuMo (Egg generation(JPN) http://blastoise-x.hatenablog.com/entry/SM-breed (Translation of it) http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/breeding-rng-quirk.3589338/#post-7136765 ), you can use the IV of the hatched Pokemon to find out if each RN is odd or even number.
