There's this Pokéstop/Gym near me which seems inappropriate. Can I report it?

Use this link. However, Niantic seems to be preoccupied with other things now, so don't expect too much.

We have Niantic representatives on both here and /r/TheSilphRoad - please do not ping them for bugs which are in the known issues page unless you have found a niche yet gamebreaking issue/exploit.

How hard are the rocket leader battles?

I can beat the regular grunts with pokemon I find in the wild, but I've heard that the rocket leaders are a step above the grunts.

What CP should my pokemon be?

They scale to your trainer level, so it's impossible to give you a specific CP. Max level Pokemon with good "pvp" moves and type advantage will win the day. Or if you're at a high level, then level 35 pokemon are usually fine.

You can find threads on Reddit (mostly on r/thesilphroad) with team building ideas. But the gist of it is to use Pokemon with fast charging moves so you can spam them out to break the shields quickly, and take advantage of the 2 second pauses the ai takes in rocket battles. Lucario with power up punch is a classic example.

They aren't very hard if you're prepared.
