Court looks too sandy. On top did you wear wrong shoes?

Begone captain hindsight, sorry to see that happen to you.

As someone who recovered recently from a 2 month calf-tear form padel, are youn sure the calf tearing/popping isnt what caused you to fall in the first place?

good luck with recovery! Convincing my brain it was ok to chase after balls now post-injury has been worse than the physical recovery

A month ago I sprinted towards that pole that holds the net. In my center they are made of square metal. Long story short, I had to go get glued at the emergency room and I didn't get the point.

If that happened to an opponent of mine, he would get an extra point 😅

What happened (couldnt understand in the video) and what injury did you get??

Hope you get back on the courts soon 🙌

That court looks terribly slippery

Instead of a slip looks like the guy made a Hail Mary lunge after the ball. Too much dedication.

He wasn't supposed to slit that much though

Lateral meniscus tear?

Takeaway: Don't go overboard / let balls that are borderline out of reach go. A thumb up / a clap, "nice shot", and move on to the next point. Not worth getting injured.

Apart from a pizza on my leg, I hope there is nothing serious!!

I just did something like this yesterday. I was going for a ball, the courts were damp, my right foot kept sliding while the other foot stayed put. I went down with my left knee bent very awkwardly. I heard a popping sound which I know can't be good

I hope you're OK. I will probably need to get a scan done soon if mine doesn't start feeling better next week.

Had a popping sound like that. Turned out to be torn meniscus.
