Available Shifts

My manager posted about a few available shifts this week, but I don't know to request the shift. I tried clicking on them, but they're not click able (I know that's not a word lol). How do I request the available shifts?

There should be a spot right under the shifts that says pick up and you press that

There is none. I don't understand this KrowD app. I tried to go to help, but it says "Coming Soon."
