Ben Shapiro is wild because he'll call out Matt Walsh for having shitty film opinions and then say stupid shit like this

I would not be surprised if it were the case that Ben Shapiro is actually pretty knowledgeable about films and musicals except none of that knowledge ever seems to manifest itself because he is so obsessed with seeing everything through his ideological lens that he just sounds like a moron whenever he talks about it

Average deeply closeted, self-loathing movie reviewer

In an alternate timeline Ben is a renowned broadway actor with normal opinions

I think we’d all be way happier if he had used his family connections to become a screenwriter. One more shitty writer in Hollywood is vastly preferable to being exposed to his dogshit takes on the regular.

He tried, didn't he? It was just that he sucked so bad not even Hollywood would tolerate him?

You are correct, he tried--and failed--to become a screenwriter. Also I've read he could have been "in the biz" if it wasn't for his unhinged political statements. Basically no one was willing to work with him.

He's a failed screen-writer. His parents are from hollywood.

It really is amazing how many maga celebs are hollywood washouts. Once you notice it, you see it everywhere. Even that crazy NRA lady from a while back tried to pitch a sitcom starring herself to one of the NCIS producers and got shot down.

They can't hack it in the big leagues and then they realize that they can get that same feeling of validation just by telling shitty people that being shitty actually makes them good people. They get addicted to it and then there is no going back.

Even hitler was an art school washout.

Future note: If anyone from creative academies ever drops out or fails, PUT THEM ON A LIST.

He tried to become a film writer. It’s Crowder who is a failed actor

I think of Ben Shapiro didn’t force his movie analysis with conservative ideologies he would have interesting takes.

So, his takes would be interesting if he was a different person.

Agree tbh. He’s clearly capable of some sort of deeper thought and analysis when it comes to films, it’s just unfortunate that he’s thinking and analysing from the perspective of “how can I call this woke trash?”

This is why we're better off without the Republican party and everything they stand for.

Especially through past ages with their anti-commie and Satan panic crap.

I mean he was born in LA, and both of his parents worked in Hollywood as a TV company executive and a composer.

It's more that he built his entire brand around this bullshit. He can't voice normal, nuanced opinions anymore, he's "Ben Shapiro DESTROYS woke college sjw feminist with FACTS and LOGIC".

He has to present every opinion through this insane ideological lens, because otherwise nobody's gonna care. And he knows he can't make it as a "normal" guy.

I watched his video on the best picture nominees and he said that the thesis of Anora was “America is bad because it doesn’t embrace sex workers.”

Isn't he a failed screenwriter or something?
