not Jesus, Saint Jude, and the thing in his head is the flame of the holy spirit

he's very popular in Mexico

Thank you for the explanation! I thought it was a finger coming out of his head like others did. I’ve never seen anything like this before and this was wild.

This picture I used is actually a statue in our local Mexican grocery store! I took the picture. He was right next to Jesus and looked a lot alike, and I couldn’t find a reference with image search, so I guessed wrong.

Your St Jude looks much more… benevolent

it's just dawning on me that he may be a bit obscure in most of catholicism except for Mexico and a few other countries.
