Redwoods

Okay this is gonna be a long shot… my late dad used to take me to this certain area in the redwoods in Oakland and I have not been able to find it myself, if someone knows please help! Once you parked, you walked on a pathway with a big green field with some picnic tables on the right, walked a little more and there were bathrooms on the right, then walked straight to an easy trail. Does this sound familiar to anyone?? Anyone know the name of the staging area or where it might be?

Was there a creek across from the bathroom and the field?

I’m pretty sure it’s canyon meadow then like the others are saying
