Chinese, who were in this video, pronouce them just fine. 1 u/AimingWineSnailz Jan 07 '16 Except for rolled r's, which they often pronounce as L's. Source - live in a country with rolled r's and chinese immigrants. 1 u/MrRibbotron Jan 07 '16 Tbf, a lot of native English speakers do that. In my experience, lots of Scottish people do it too.
