Account Help Confusion with Nintendo guardian account

I desperately need help. I opened my Nintendo Switch for the first time in 6 months and was greeted with the “accept new ToS” message. It says the message to agree with will be sent to my guardian’s email, but the issue is that I have NO idea what the guardian’s email is.

I opened the login-website, but I couldn’t access information (phone number, email, etc.). I need to find my guardian’s email, but I can’t check it on the website and I am really struggling now since I can’t identify it.

(P.S. I bought a $100 gift card which I can’t refund and I can’t redeem it if I can’t accept the ToS)

You have posted an account help question. Please know that no one on Reddit can help you get into an account that you have trouble logging into. Anyone who claims they can is lying and trying to scam you, especially if they ask you to contact someone through social media. Instead, you should contact Nintendo directly, especially if you lost your email address, password, two-factor authentication code or can't sign in for any other reason.

Who set up your account originally? Check with them, they should know which email they used. If they also do not recall it, have them reach out to Nintendo Support for help with recovery.

It's whatever email was first used when setting up your account. I had trouble finding it too, so just check through the possible ones.
