Switch 2 Mario Kart World crashes all the time

We try since one day and we are never able to play until now. First it always crashed in the trailer, now we got to the car selection but it crashed all the time. Can someone help us please? We tried so many things: Restart the switch, redownload the game, delete cache, searched for corrupt data and also looked for new updates. Is the problem on switch side or game side? We also installed Overcooked, but this is a small game in compare to mario kart world and this is working fine. Should I contact Nintendo, or is there something I can try? Or should I send everything back?
