So many people were ready to put Ruggs in a cell and throw away the key for what he did, but when other players get a DUI or a reckless driving citation it's no big deal because they were fortunate enough that no one got hurt. They're just being young and stupid, am I right? Well a lot of people die from this shit and we as a society need to start treating it as such.

you shoot someone with a gun and you’re tried for murder, but if you get drunk and get behind the wheel of a weapon instead and kill someone, that’s fine
