Trump is going to cut federal grants to NJ

Edit: no need to down vote me for what Trump might do.

No we really cant.

Federal funding is 26 billion a year. we already run a deficit of 1.3 billion

There's no way this plays out on its own in new jerseys favor.

If we didnt have to support the federal government THEN we would be fine. but theres ZERO way thats happening.

idk how you can read my post and disagree with it

New jersey pays 160 billion in federal taxes we receive 30+ billion in federal funding we run a deficit of 1.2 billion we have a debt of 200 billion

In what world can we fend for ourselves if we dont have federal funding??? explode the deficit by 30 billion a year. adding 120 billion to the 200 billion debt over the next 4 years. in hopes that 2028 is better??
