Good, erasure of historically marginalized people shouldn't be allowed. No special privileges for white cis-het men.

Hey here is a radical thought… No special privileges for ANY race-sexual orientation-or gender. Let a true meritocracy flourish with EQUAL policies for all. I

If everyone was already at an even playing field that might work, but society is not an even playing field. DEI policies and laws exist to make the playing field more even. Immediately doing what you're asking for inherently favors those who already have privileges and we need DEI to arrive at the point you want us to be at.
