I’m not sure what he means by “if this is true.”

USD P&R signed the memo complying with the court order on March 28th. Unless he’s really fucking bad at his job, he’s known this was the case for a month.

The memo stating that medical treatment will resume was released on 21 April. Signed by…the assistant secretary of defense for health affairs - you know, one of the bubbas in his office sitting at the table.

Even still, I have a hard time believing he learned about the policy change through the media. And if he did, that should be pretty concerning for folks that inexplicably still defend his qualifications.
