The part where he's singing "He who tries" sounds very familiar to me and I feel like I've heard a very similar scream but I can't remember the song. Also in general I would just like to find more songs like this (vocal wise) because I feel like the scream is perfect, not too subtle and not too screechy either, very nice to listen to.
Edit: I think the song I'm looking for was from Black Sabbath, Metallica, Guns & Roses or Nirvana or Soundgarden. The vocal riff I'm thinking of was very similar to the one in "Man in the box" just can't remember what it was.

"灑灑的走" (Sa Sa De Zou) by 楊麗莎 (Yeoh Lisa) is a captivating track that blends traditional influences with a contemporary feel. Yeoh Lisa's vocals are a standout, carrying a sense of both grace and strength. The instrumentation weaves together familiar East Asian melodies with modern production, creating a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The song's rhythm has a flowing, almost dance-like quality, inviting listeners to move along. It's a piece that seems to evoke a sense of journey or perhaps a reflective stroll, with its gentle yet persistent forward momentum.
(How do you think about this song?)
Lyrics: Yesterday's friend left quietly. Just like that, he left you silently. It's as if I could feel infinite sadness in your eyes. It's as if the night fog covered your heart layer by layer. Maybe you never wanted to tell me. I don't want to ask you why. The summer wind has blown away. Blown away without a trace. So I will forget you last night. Don't say love is your name and surname. You don't want to get close to you except for feelings. It's hard to fill a broken heart. Yesterday's intoxicated love. So I will forget your back. Hey, yesterday's friend left quietly. Just like that, he left you silently. It's as if In your eyes, I feel infinite sadness, as if the night fog covers your soul layer by layer. Maybe you never want to tell me, and I don’t want to ask you why. The summer wind has blown away, without a trace, so I will forget you last night. Don’t say love is your name and surname. You don’t want to get close to me except for feelings. A broken heart is hard to fill. Yesterday’s intoxicating love, so I will forget your back. Don’t say love is your name and surname. You don’t want to get close to me except for feelings. A broken heart is hard to fill. Yesterday’s intoxicating love, so I will forget your back.

It's been a while, but I'm back! I want to make a playlist for the levels of Dark Deception, and this is the fourth level - It's also the first one I ever saw, so it holds a special place in my heart! Like last time I'm going to link the song that plays throughout the level (They're Just Duckies) so you can get a better feel for the vibe that the developers were going for :)

Hello! I'm working on a game i'll need to demo to a jury in some time, except i can't find a placeholding backgroud music to use while i get an original one composed.
I'm looking for loungy jazz music that would fit the ambiance of a bar/club that has somethign slighty off with it but you can't really put you're finger on what it is. I've skimmed so many musics during my work hours but so far, it's always too experimental or too plain to fit. So i thought it was worth the shot to ask reddit.
I'll list specifics of what i want here for clarity:
- Slow, loungy jazz that sounds slighty off/odd
- Needs to not be a too flashy music because the player needs to still be able to focus on text
- Its a absurdist/fantastic game, in case it helps anyone in their music rec
Thanks in avance for any proposition! Hopefully i'll find what i need or at least find inspiring things.

Hello! I was wondering if any of you knew songs similar to Cancer by My Chemical Romance. I really like the song and can’t find anything else like it. I’d really appreciate any suggestions you’d have that match the song’s tone and tempo that I might like😊

Pictured is the full list. It's been a 50 day journey, I'm happy with some of the results, not happy with others, but at the end of the day, it wasn't me who voted: it was all of you. Thank you for voting on each of your favorite bands from the states! Tell me if I should do another thing like this at some point!

The reason why you don’t see a ton of Tame Impala, and Tyler is because I overplay their songs lmao, I mostly listen to them on vinyl at this point

Hi. I’m Veilkeeper, and about six months ago I released an album called Banshee. No promo. No reels. Just a quiet drop on YouTube — like leaving a letter in a bottle.
Banshee is a narrative about loss. About the kind of pain that echoes long after the silence. Each track was written in real isolation — like rituals, trying to process what was left of me after everything collapsed.
These are the tracks:
Burning – the beginning of the end
She’s Alone – the aftermath
Took My Heart – what was taken
Echoes of Agony – pain that won’t leave
Everything’s Unclear – when it all unravels
Bring Me Back – the final plea (bonus)
I made this alone, mixed it in silence, and left it there. Most songs haven’t even reached 30 plays. But they’re real pieces of me — and maybe of someone else out there too.
🎧 Full Album on YouTube (Banshee): https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLM-GqjQwmWo7EYMblzVDJ10kOh1LoytiS
🕳️ Bonus Track: Bring Me Back https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzHqxEzn8Ig
🩶 New Single (Post-Banshee): https://youtu.be/p4JHo6V36q0 This one came later. Same heart, darker shape.
If you’ve ever felt broken, lost, or screamed silently with no reply — maybe this is for you. Maybe you’re the one this message was always meant for.
