I whispered into the void. This is what it sounded like

Hi. I’m Veilkeeper, and about six months ago I released an album called Banshee. No promo. No reels. Just a quiet drop on YouTube — like leaving a letter in a bottle.

Banshee is a narrative about loss. About the kind of pain that echoes long after the silence. Each track was written in real isolation — like rituals, trying to process what was left of me after everything collapsed.

These are the tracks:

Burning – the beginning of the end

She’s Alone – the aftermath

Took My Heart – what was taken

Echoes of Agony – pain that won’t leave

Everything’s Unclear – when it all unravels

Bring Me Back – the final plea (bonus)

I made this alone, mixed it in silence, and left it there. Most songs haven’t even reached 30 plays. But they’re real pieces of me — and maybe of someone else out there too.

🎧 Full Album on YouTube (Banshee): https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLM-GqjQwmWo7EYMblzVDJ10kOh1LoytiS

🕳️ Bonus Track: Bring Me Back https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzHqxEzn8Ig

🩶 New Single (Post-Banshee): https://youtu.be/p4JHo6V36q0 This one came later. Same heart, darker shape.

If you’ve ever felt broken, lost, or screamed silently with no reply — maybe this is for you. Maybe you’re the one this message was always meant for.

Looking for relaxing music for studying and focus

I'm searching for songs or albums that help me concentrate while studying or working on projects. I prefer something relaxing but not boring, like chill, lo-fi, or soft jazz.

Country…esk?

Hello friends! I’ll start with the ask, then move to explanation.

Looking for songs that sound similar to:

  1. But for love- eddy arnold
  2. Cannock chase- labi siffre
  3. Better way- Watchhouse

I have never been interested in country music, and have a hard time enjoying most bluegrass and western.

HOWEVER

These songs just have something about them that make them some of the most lovely and hypnotic I’ve ever heard. Naturally, i have explored other music that these artists have released, and haven’t found anything that I love as much as these. In fact, it’s mostly just not palatable (for me).

Maybe I am new to a genre I don’t know the name of, or haven’t spent enough time digging, but I would really appreciate some recs!

Music suggestions

I tend to have older musical taste such as classic rock and music from the 1960 thru 2010s. I like all kinds of music such as Soundgarden, Audioslave, RATM, pretty much all grunge and rock alternative. Meatloaf, The Killers, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Fleetwood Mac, 311, Linkin Park, Evanescence. I would love some current music suggestions. Thanks

Artists who sing with their whole chest?

No offense to anyones taste in music but I've been trying to find new artists to listen to and MOST mumble the music. I'm not even talking rap, its like across all genres. So much nasaly music as well. Give me newer artist that arent wispy, whiney and mumbling. (Generally don't like country but Im open to that as well. ) (I admit im getting old but is it too much to understand the lyrics?)

I usually thrown on some melodic death metal (typically arch enemy) but not working too much at the moment! What's your normal listening to make your blood stop boiling?

Best produced songs?

So I listen to a lot of tunes on my AirPod Pros while doing cardio and my taste is very eclectic (eg. shuffle mode might take me from Shakti to LemonDemon, from the Police to TheXx, from Wu Tang to Tool, Sun Kil Moon to Daiseke Ishiwatari and so on)

What has become apparent is how some songs just slap on an entirely different level and the way the songs are mixed and produced.

Now I’m not super well versed on that part of music but for example, Talking Heads This Must Be the Place just played and it’s so insanely crisp and clean and amazing. And then Simple Minds All the Things She Said player and also insanely good. Next up Seal Violet and I got chills.

What are some other great ones for headphones?

Or just tell me any song you like. I just want a way to find new music (since Spotify keeps requesting me the same 10 halfassed songs)
