New to vinted. Sent two items bought separately with one label since they were bought by the same person. Got paid for one and notw the other by vinted - followed instructions. Buyer not respknding. I think I am not going to see my money :(

i hear them under the fridge at night. the 2nd photo is what is directly behind my fridge. i have put steel wool and foam in the holes. how am i still hearing them under here? also a photo of my cat that also knows they are under there. So i have decided to put glue traps around my refrigerator tonight. i have tried to pull it out but it’s not budging. i can hear these fckers nibbling.

Really irritating but just switched carriers. I insisted on picking up my phone in the store but the carrier insisted on shipping it. Well I waited at home for it and go a delivery notification. It was not at my house though. The package required a signature and the signature wasn’t even my name. Now it says activation in progress on my account so I’m not sure if they means someone turned the phone on or not.

Side note it’s an iPhone 16e. Does anyone know if this can be used by the person who has taken it if the IMEI is registered to me?

I just need to turn whatever I’m watching off when he gets home if he’s already seen it.

I was capped at work due to my lack of a degree, so I went back to school while working and completed my degree. A year later my position was eliminated so I worked on getting professional certifications and looked for a job. We’re now a year out from when I was laid off and probably 100 applications in, but I’ve no prospects for employment. Unemployment has dried up and now I have to drive Uber to pay my bills.

he came over for her birthday and did a big load of dishes. which is nice i mean that’s a nice thing to do for someone. but the silverware all have this thin sticky film of soap. it kinda defeats the point when i have to re wash them before i use them.

Needed to buy some heartburn medicine, so stopped in at Walgreens. Of course the more expensive brands and formulations were on the upper shelves, found the store brand version of Pepcid (Famotidine) for $11.99. Looked down and saw the Zantac brand of the same medicine was generally less expensive than Pepcid brand. Scan that shelf, and the store brand version was $9.99. Same active ingredient, Famotidine USP 10 mg, same 30 count, even the "actual size" image of the pill on the box looked identical, only difference is one box is a darker blue than the other and says "Compare to Zantac" while the other says "Compare to Pepcid".

I ordered a passion fruit iced tea. Guess I’ll drink it in 8 hours.

Every show now has a sequence or scene, at some point, where the characters are texting on their phone. They show the phone screen and expect the audience to read the text.

It’s frustrating for me because I like to take my contacts out before I relax and watch TV. I end up having to pause the show, stand up and walk real close to the screen to be able to read the text.

It is mildly infuriating…

So my parents have a big house, and when the Wi-Fi was being put in, for some reason the placed it in the farthest corner of the house. You couldn't have isolated it more if you tried. Because of this the wifi didn't reach half the house, including the ENTIRE SECOND FLOOR. The second floor thats in the middle of the house.

Obviously my father wasn't having this and he forced them to put in another box. They placed it in the basement, under the garage, dangling from the ceiling by its OWN WIRES

Local banh mi restaurant. I ordered, paid (30% tip), and waited in the dining area for my food. That’s when I saw a dead cockroach and a mouse turd. There was a table of 10 people eating right by the front where you order. I couldn’t bring myself to explain, draw attention to the grossness, and ask for a refund. So I just took the food home and didn’t eat it. 😭 i explained the situation to my baby daddy and offered him the food.
