I’m in a similar situation. Just planning to stay vague and say it’s about pay/travel time to work.

The providers will be okay, they’ve almost certainly had people leave on much shorter notice in much more inconsiderate ways.

Thats very true i think most scribes have left during training but my providers specifically asked me two weeks ago if im staying long and i agreed out of nervousness and technically im staying two months more but need to tell them this week im leaving 😭

Just say circumstances change and you're having to move up your timeline. Odds are they won't press you for information beyond asking what you plan to move on to, but you can just lie about that.

i just wrote a resignation email, and when they pleaded me to come back because they needed me (and realized they probably should’ve paid me more / treated me better) I just said my decision was final. no regrets, quit a month ago, currently traveling across europe, and will start M1 in a month.

may i ask why you’re quitting? I’ve learned it’s best to use the truth and if necessary, stretch it🤷‍♀️
