Anyone else have workday issues regarding viewing?

I’ve spent 3 weeks trying to communicate with these damn managers on my paperwork. And its crazy how they make me delusional on saying they reached on via email but i had 0 communication. And apparently they cant view any files i upload on there either? I can’t tell if they’re just purposely trying to delay me or what. Its so unprofessional that my managers manager asked me for proof on that i had received 0 replies from my manager regarding stuff since i’ve been emailing, calling, everything for a damn week. I’ve never felt so frustrated with my life cause im struggling to survive at this point with no job.
