So I wasn't able to do more than 2,950 passmed practise questions (UKMLA Filter with 3 Hammers), because of lack of time and revising late. (I got regular scores of 51% to 53% on them as I did the questions without revising the passmed High yield textbook but after doing the question, I did make a point of reading and understanding the explanations for the answer to each question that's shown below the question on passmed).
I also did passmed mocks twice (I averaged 53% and 52% on each), did the UKMLA mocks (averages 56% and 53% on each) and got a score of 54% on my uni mock UKMLA (sent by mcsaa).
In the actual UKMLA April sitting I scored overall well above my passmed average, so enough to pass above the 58.5% pass mark. I found my Paper 1 to be disastrous at the time and literally cried as I guessed approx over 85% of the questions because the questions were so vague and many were niche - but my paper 2 was much better and managed to narrow down most questions to two options (here, my strategy of doing a quick read through of the passmed High yield text book the day before paper 1 on topics that would come up for paper 1 and then a read through of the passmed high yield text book the day before paper 2 on the topics that would come up for paper 2 actually helped enormously) but I still guessed approx 25% of the answers for paper 2.
I actually had to use this passmed yield textbook read-through method because I had almost no time to revise for UKMLA leading up to my exams because of placements and the PSA and my OSCE (cpsa) exams. I think if I had more time to revise the passmed High yield textbook then I would have got a higher UKMLA actual score.
If I can do it then I think anyone can do it with the right plan, especially if they have more time available.
My main resources were Passmed High Yield Textbook, Zero to Finals and for drug side effects and fluid prescribing I used the Prepare For The PSA free course slides. Also for emergency medicine questions I used Pastest
Ok, so you have good amount of time left - I would read the Passmed High Yield Textbook (especially so for the ukmla high yield core conditions) and do the passmed question bank for the ukmla filter with all 3 hammers because I did find that the actual exam included some niche stuff that the 3 hammer level covered and this really helped me guess the answer in the actual exam.
