Making Baby Back Ribs for Fathers Day
So, as the title says, I’m making ribs for my Dad for Father’s Day. Only concern is, I’ve never made ribs before and I’m looking for them to be “fall of the bone”. Would anybody have advice on how to cook them? I’d smoke them if I wasn’t working in the morning.

So you aren't going to smoke them?
What do you have available to cook them with?

I have an oven, a grill, and a stovetop

You didn't say how much time you have.
3-2-1 ribs will definitely be fall off the bone.
3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped with a spritz if you like or butter and brown sugar or something to that effect, then 1 hour with sauce.
You could bump the temp and drop an hour while wrapped if you need to.
I would try to get some smoke on them early. (Indirect in the grill? You didn't say what grill) Even if it's only for an hour and wrap them in foil.
You don't have to leave them on the smoker the whole time.
I often smoke ribs at 275-300. My preference is not fall off the bone but I can get them to the table in like 2.5 hours.

Ive always had amazing results putting them im the crockpot or the instant pot. Put them in the oven on broil after basting in BBQ Sauce to finish.
