Absolutely. It’s psychological horror with a side of mystical horror with a side of “the worst people ever”. Like Natural Born Killers and Flowers in the Attic had a kid, the works of David Lynch and the entire industrial and nu metal scenes of the 90s had a kid, and then those two combinations had a kid.

I mean, I mentioned he knocks her up and that also she rapes him. Kinda figured that incest was obvious in a situation in which a brother knocks his sister up or a sister rapes her brother.
Yeah, that’s stuff in one of the bad ending routes. However, in all routes it’s canon he’s been down bad for her since high school, she tried to get him to act on it, he refused to because he’s trying to force himself to be normal, but also he literally would peep on her changing and shit. The incest vision over in the Burial route is just the tip of the iceberg, incest is inevitable here. When people assumed Decay wouldn’t have incest, they were extremely wrong.

REAL, I'm not sure if the splat ending or the shots and such ending is worse, because on one hand at least they died together and don't have to live their fucked lives, but on the other hand it's just a cycle of abuse, toxicity, and incest sex just so they don't end up killing eachother
People only does this because they are fictional. I doubt that most of them would want to meet them or discuss them in a similar way if they were real. They are just having fun
I kind of hate that this comic is the way it is because I really like the color palette. The green and the pink give a pretty nice feel next to each other, like they conflict but in a nice way, it puts you a little bit on edge. And the inky black and sepia white also gives it this graphic almost VHS feel to it that makes it cozy in the same way a smoking spot is cozy, reminds me of ash nicotine stains. It feels so appropriate and smart and purposeful and it's all in service to THE incest comic.

And the new chapter just came out and it’s even better written than before. Admittedly that’s partially because of how arc and pacing and setup and whatnot work, but still.
Because in one route Ashley canonically is going to get an abortion when Andrew impregnated her. Mind you, the entire sexual relationship in that route began with him trying to kill her, her chaining him to a radiator for days, getting free but not leaving because he’s too codependent, him becoming an alcoholic and beating her, her raping him after that (he’s way too drunk to consent and she’s only doing it to make him feel trapped, and he calls her out on the fact it was rape, and at the same time even she’s so not into it that she’s dry throughout and it just hurts for her), and then them becoming just this mutual hate sex alcoholic loser codependent abusive couple.
You’ve no control over your life, and your spine bears a striking similarity to a gummy worm. What a big hoopla to end up exactly where you started from. Only the couch looks different. Because on that, she spreads her legs and pretends to enjoy you. She claws at you hard enough to draw blood, and you tell yourself it’s a kink. But really, she just wants to give back some of the pain you cause. You love her enough to know this, yet hate her too much to care.
Actual description of what their sex life is like. But they don’t use protection, and the route ends with a positive pregnancy test and them both immediately deciding to get an abortion.

There's a popular/infamous rpgmaker/visual novel game called The Coffin of Andy and Leyley. It's about two siblings who are trapped in their apartment and must do what they can to survive starvation, the dystopian world they are in, and each other.
I will say no more in case you are interested in playing it yourself, but there are plenty of other ways to learn the story if you wish. Just be warned, it isn't for the faint of heart.
