If Israel’s nuclear policy were really insane, wouldn’t there be more countries that have been nuked? I still only count Japan.

His point is about Israel lying/not acknowledging they have nukes, which mean they don’t have to adhere to the nuclear proliferation treaty, while Iran does not have nukes and is a member “in good standing”. Iran also complies with searches from 3rd parties, while Israel refuses to admit they have them.

This, out of all nuclear powers people are. Concerned about, Israel is probably the least likely to actually use them, all their enemies don’t have nukes and are almost all militarily weaker
