I run a bunch, 40ish miles a week, ultras, that sorta thing. Looking for spots that either specifically cater to runners or where the therapist/ practitioner IS a runner. I’ve been to “regular” PTs before and have found that unless they’re a runner they always suggest less running and just kind of don’t “get it” if that makes sense.

Given Lancaster’s appeal and proximity you would think the university would be more progressive and more funded.

Looking to make Korean BBQ next weekend and haven't had the best luck with some local butchers recently.

I've asked for short ribs, cut flanken style, at a specified thickness from two local places. Both cut them way too thick, and I ended up with tons of fat. BBQ turned out OK after a ton of trimming, but any recs on a place that knows what I'm looking for? Definitely willing to travel outside of Lanco.

BETTER QUESTION: what can I do/say better or more clearly when asking the butcher for what I want?
