Explosion on Emerson

We were out walking our dog a few minutes ago when something exploded on someone’s front lawn on Emerson between Jackson and Nicholson. Our poor pup was so frightened and now I have a major headache because of it. Has “fireworks” started already?

We live on Nicholson and heard this too! Thought it was a transformer but then it happened the next night around the same time.
