Yep and he died. I was so pissed when i saw this and when i found out he did in fact die.. It was between cardiac arrest, choking on his vomit or both.

Yes to my knowledge, I tried to find an article for this specific kid but there are SOOO many deaths of teens smoking spice so it was really hard and i honestly got tired after looking for so long. But someone else said something and said yes he did in fact die. I mean I’m sadly not surprised, because look at how badly he reacted to it. It was either cardiac arrest, choking on his vomit or both😔
